Can I reserve the car?
Yes, as all our cars are advertised at bargain prices, you can leave a little deposit of £200 (non refundable) to secure the vehicle and can arrange for collection or delivery whichever is convenient for you
Is it possible to drive away same day?
Yes, all advertised cars are ready to purchased and ready to be driven away on the same day of purchase.
How does delivery works?
If you prefer we can arrange delivery for you which is free local Birmingham or with little extra delivery charges out of Birmingham any where in the UK.
Can I test drive before buying?
Yes, Off course you are welcome to view and test drive any vehicle you like before making any purchase.
Does the car come with a Warranty?
Yes. Every car comes with one month engine and gearbox in-house warranty without any extra charges. In case of any breakdown of the vehicle which is under warranty it is the customer’s responsibility to bring the car back to us here at Used Cars Supermarket Ltd for repair. Any vehicle that is sold for less than £1000 or as a bargain part exchange to clear will not come under any warranty.
Can I sell my car?
Yes, we buy cars for cash or you can trade in your current car against any car you like from us at a competitive trade price.
Do I need to book an appointment to visit?
Yes, you don’t have to book any appointment, just let us know before coming over to make sure car is still available and we can get it out ready for you to test drive.
Do you take any car in part exchange?
Yes, we buy or take any car in part exchange regardless of age make or mileage.
Can I return the car?
Yes, after purchasing the vehicle if you not happy with it you can bring it back and we aim to fix the car and if you decide that you don’t want to get it repaired you will be charged £300 as a admin fee toward valeting, advertise and the mileage been put on the car and we will refund the money back to you.
